Je remercie Delayed pour avoir fait le nécessaire pour mon indemnisation suite à un retard de plus de 3 heures. Procédure longue (deux ans et demi pour se faire indemniser ) mais efficace, je n'y croyais plus. Les frais de 40% sont élevés mais on le sait dès le départ. N'hésitez pas à les solliciter.
